FAQ

Q.1 I want to know the stock availability.
A.1 Just send an email to rojaksales@gmail.com. We reply within 24 hrs.

Q.2 I cannot find the previous items now.
A.2 The item may be out of stock. If the stock is available again, it will be displayed again.

Q.3 Which size should I look when I choose items?
A.3 We will indicate the size and rough measurement of each product. However, please note that this information is based on general measurement as a guideline.

Q.4 Do the photos online resemble the actual products?
A.4 All products have 99% similarity with the actual products. Rojak Sales does our best to display the colors and the measurements of the products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors of the item(s) selected might vary slightly from what you see. It might be due to lighting when the picture is taken or the setting of your computer monitor screen. Thus, we do not guarantee customer's satisfaction of the item(s) purchased for variance in color and measurements to fit customers' size.
Delivery and Payment

Q.1 Are there any countries or regions you do not accept any orders?

A.1 We accept orders from Singapore only at the moment. Thus, all prices listed are in SINGAPORE dollars.

Q.2 I do not receive "Order Confirmation".
A.2 It means that we have not received your payment at all.

Q.3 I want to change the delivery address.
A.3 We are very sorry, but we cannot delivery address once we received your order.

Q.4 Can I change or cancel my order?
A.4 We are very sorry, but once your order was confirmed, you can neither change nor cancel your order.

Q.5 My item is out of stock.
A.5 We will only process whatever stocks are available. If one or more of your ordered item/s is/are out of stock, the amount of the unavailable product/s will be refunded later. We will then send a mail of "Refund Notification" after processing the refund for you to trace the amount back in your account.
You may try to order in our next pre-order period if item is available.

Q.6 All items are unavailable in my order.
A.6 If all the items in your order are out of stock, your order will be canceled and the full price will be refunded. It may take a few days for the refund to finish processing. We will then send a mail of "Refund Notification" after processing the refund for you to trace the amount back in your account.

Q.7 Are the prices nett?
A.7 All prices are nett and priced in Singapore Dollars. Delivery charges apply for registered mail. 


Q.8 Delivery Methods
A.8 All delivery will be made through Sing Post under registered mail or meetups. 

For registered mail: If you happen to not able to be home at the time, the postman will slip a notification slip under your door, to allow you to collect the item at your nearest post office. If the item is not claimed from post office and re bounce back to us, re-delivery charges apply for resending.
For meetups: MRT stations: Boon Lay, Boon Keng, City Hall, Woodlands


Q.9 Refund policy
A.9 Rojak Sales has no refund policy. This is because:-
- Quality of Goods Assured
All goods are inspected thoroughly by us before sending out to customers.
- Information of product is displayed in best ability


Q.10 What is registered mail? 
A.10 Registered mail is where we will register your package with singpost. A tracking number for your package will be issued so should the package will lost, you will be able to track down the location of it, as well as check the delivery status of your parcel on the singpost website.


Important!
Postage will be $3.20 for registered mail. Depending on purchase numbers due to weight, postage will be revised accordingly. Goods once delivered cannot be refunded.
